Practice Experience
Wojciech Olechowski is a graduate of Silesian University where he studied law, and since 1998 a legal advisor registered by the Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisors. Prior to joining Appleton Luff, Wojciech was a founding partner at the Law Firm Richardson Rios Olechowski, in Warsaw, Poland.
Between 1998 and 2001 Wojciech Olechowski was a legal advisor at Business, Management and Finance S.A. (currently BRE Corporate Finance S.A.) a leading consulting company in Poland. His experience also includes work at LOT Polish Airlines as an in-house counsel, and work for the Polish Public Administration and the Polish military. Mr. Olechowski specializes in international M&A transactions, day-to-day legal advice for companies, corporate law, real estate transactions, and banking and commercial law.
