Cansu Aydın’s practice focuses on international trade, corporate, and commercial law. She advises clients on trade policy, regulatory compliance, free trade agreements, customs union alignment, and trade in services, drawing on nearly a decade of experience at the Turkish Ministry of Trade, where she served as both an international trade specialist and legal counsel.

At the Ministry, Ms. Aydın participated in numerous free trade agreement negotiations, including provisions on trade in services, and advised on all aspects of the EU–Turkey Customs Union. She provided legal counsel on trade policy issues extending beyond agreements and gained in-depth experience with the EU, MENA (EuroMed) region, and Turkic countries. She continues to advise on trade policy and free trade agreement matters in her private practice, assisting clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and cross-border trade relations.

In private practice, Ms. Aydın also represents corporations in matters of international trade, cross-border transactions, and commercial law, offering clients comprehensive legal support that bridges regulatory insight with practical business solutions.
