Frank Morgan Joins Appleton Luff as Partner
We are pleased to announce that Frank Morgan has joined Appleton Luff International Lawyers as a partner in the Washington, D.C. Office.
Most recently, Frank served as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Prior to that Frank had his own firm (Trade Law Defense) and was an attorney at White & Case LLP for fourteen years.
Frank joins Edmund Sim, Kelly Slater, Mark Tejtel, and Janelle Diller in the Appleton Luff Washington, D.C. office, which represents government and corporate clients in anti-dumping, countervailing duty (anti-subsidy) and safeguard investigations conducted by U.S., Canadian and Latin American governments; works on origin, classification and valuation issues on behalf of exporters and importers; represents clients in U.S. court and NAFTA panel appeals of trade litigation and customs matters; have advises sovereign and corporate clients on free trade agreements (FTAs) and other government policy issues.
Frank has represented sovereigns and private companies for 25 years in matters spanning the trade remedies spectrum. Frank served as lead counsel for the Government of Indonesia in two dispute settlement proceedings at the World Trade Organization. Frank represents clients from a wide array of industries and countries before all of the U.S. trade agencies. In addition to trade remedies, Frank has extensive experience in Section 337 investigations at the International Trade Commission.
