Appleton Luff Congratulates Timor-Leste on Achieving Full ASEAN Membership

Appleton Luff offers congratulations to the Timorese people on Timor-Leste's acceptance as a full ASEAN member w.e.f. the October 2025 ASEAN Summit! This is the result of hard work by the Timorese government and supporters from the Asian Development Bank and other institutions. Ed Sim has advised Timor-Leste on ASEAN accession as a client since 2015.
