Practice Experience
Marta is an international lawyer admitted at the Brussels and Paris Bar. She has over 12 years of EU and worldwide professional experience in the field of International and European law. She is educated at Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University and at the College of Europe.
Marta’s legal practice focuses on trade remedies, regulatory compliance, institutional development, WTO dispute settlement, regional integration, comparative legal research as well as environmental law. She has worked within the “Appleton Luff” Brussels office alongside Dr. David Luff and contributed to its success stories. She is the head of the Paris office.
She currently teaches negotiations and law of international contracts to MBA students in Paris.
