Appleton Luff in Uganda 01.06.2013

Arthur Appleton just returned from Kampala, Uganda where he conducted a workshop for eight judges and the Deputy Registrar of the East African Community Court of Justice on "Interpreting the Rights & Freedoms in the EAC Treaty and Common Market Protocol and Managing Choice of Law". The workshop was organized by the International Law Institute African Centre for Legal Excellence.
