Appleton Luff in Myanmar 16.08.2012

Ed Sim, co-chair of the government and regional affairs committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, participated in an Amcham business mission to Yangon and Naypyidaw, Myanmar. This is the first US trade mission to the Myanmar capital Naypyidaw. The group met with the ministries of commerce, labor, national planning, finance, railways and industry, and with the Speaker of the lower house of Parliament.  Ed's assessment of the US Burma sanctions can be found here.
