Appleton Luff Successfully Obtains Termination of EU AD Duties on Plastic Bags 13.07.2012

Appleton Luff attorneys represented the Thai plastic bags industry in successfully obtaining the termination of antidumping duties imposed by the EU on plastic bags from Thailand.  The duties had been imposed since 2006, and were terminated pursuant to the EU's sunset review process.
