Malgorzata Gabriel is a graduate of the Warsaw University where she studied law, and since December 2005 she is an Advocate registered at the Warsaw Chamber of Advocates. Prior to joining Appleton Luff, Małgorzata was an Advocate dealing with corporate and commercial matters (as sole practitioner and before that as an associate in Siwek Gaczyński Law Office). She was also involved in advising companies in mergers and acquisitions projects.. Małgorzata’s experience in this area is very wide - she was a project leader in many M&A transactions and privatization procedures. She has been advising Clients from different industrial sectors, in particular: IT, chemical, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. She is also experienced in managing real estate transactions, and regularly contributes articles to specialized publications in this sector. Małgorzata has also been involved in many transactions having international aspects. She is well trained in dealing with the whole process of the selling of enterprises, from the initial Due Diligence to the final steps of the selling. Małgorzata is also able to supply legal services on the on-going activities of enterprises. She has also advised energy companies on EU legal aspects relevant to their operations.
