Appleton Luff successfully represented Atul Limited in a U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty investigation on epoxy resins from India. The US International Trade Commission found that imports from India were negligible. Ed Sim and Kelly Slater worked with Indian co-counsel TPM Solicitors in the case.
